Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

What it costs

Within the United States, standard shipping is $8.00 and is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. International shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

How long it takes

Dispatch and transit times vary by piece. Small objects move quickly. Stone and solid timber furniture takes longer, because it is heavy and it is packed to survive the trip. We do not quote a single delivery window across the catalogue, because it would not be true for every item.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If anything is going to take longer than we expected, we will write to you rather than leave you waiting.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges set by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We can usually correct an address before dispatch if you write to us quickly, but once a piece is in transit we cannot reroute it.

Damage in transit

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@estatehomegoods.com as soon as you can, with photographs if possible, and we will replace or refund it.

Returns

Returns are covered in our refund policy. In short: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, and we send you a return label.
